Yes. Reviewing your installation, recommending a model and issuing a quote are free and without obligation, whether you are a private or a business customer. We tell you which model matches your pipe diameter and your water hardness, with the price including VAT for private customers or excluding VAT for businesses, plus any charges linked to your delivery location.

Every LIMPEO device carries a one-year commercial warranty and a 10-year repairability commitment from the manufacturer. That commercial warranty comes on top of the 2-year legal warranty of conformity (articles L.217-4 et seq. of the French Consumer Code) and the hidden-defects warranty (articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code). The stated service life of the device is over 20 years, with no consumables, no filter and no maintenance. The warranty is handled by the manufacturer, without going through a reseller.

Yes. As a consumer you have 30 days from delivery to exercise your right of withdrawal, with no need to give a reason. Simply write to contact@limpeo.com. The product must come back complete, in its original packaging, within 14 days of your notification; return shipping is at your expense and the refund is issued within 14 days of us receiving the parcel, to the payment method used for the order.

The indicative lead time is 5 to 10 working days in mainland France, where delivery is included in the displayed price. For other destinations, charges may apply and are shown to you before you confirm the order. On delivery, check the condition of the parcel, note any visible damage with the carrier, then report it to us in writing within 8 days.

No, in the vast majority of cases. The device wraps around the existing pipe: no cutting, no water shut-off, no plumbing changes. Installation usually takes less than 30 minutes and a guide is supplied with the device. For business premises or a complex technical circuit, we still recommend calling in a technician.

Yes, whatever the material: iron, copper, stainless steel, PVC, PEX, multilayer or composite. The treatment acts on the water flowing through, not on the pipe wall, which is why the material makes no difference. The range covers diameters from 25 to 100 mm; above that, write to us — industrial configurations are studied case by case.

Yes. Businesses — hotels, restaurants, food industry, apartment buildings, industrial sites, cooling towers — can request a technical study and an ex-VAT quote; once an account is opened, payment by bank transfer at 30 days from the invoice date can be agreed.
