Terms and Conditions of Sale

These Terms and Conditions govern all sales of LIMPEO products made by JAEGER SAS, 1 Rue du 19 Mars 1962, 28630 Le Coudray, France, via the website limpeo.com.

Any order placed on the Site implies unreserved acceptance of these T&Cs.

The customer places an order online via the Site. The order is final only after confirmation of full payment via Stripe. JAEGER SAS reserves the right to refuse any order for legitimate reasons.

Prices are in euros, inclusive of VAT (20%) for individuals. Professional customers can view prices excluding VAT via the dedicated toggle. Delivery is included for mainland France.

Payment is made online via the secure Stripe platform (Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay). Full payment is required at ordering. JAEGER SAS does not store any banking data.

Professionals: payment by bank transfer within 30 days may be agreed upon request.

Indicative delivery: 5 to 10 business days for mainland France. Any complaint must be sent within 8 days of receipt.

Consumer customers have 30 days from receipt to exercise withdrawal rights. Contact contact@jaeger-sas.com. Return costs are borne by the customer. Refund within 14 days of return receipt.

This right does not apply to professional customers.

Legal warranty of conformity: 2 years from delivery.

Warranty against hidden defects: 2 years from discovery.

LIMPEO commercial warranty: 1 year from delivery, covering defects in material or manufacture.

Performance figures are based on scientific studies and given for information purposes. Results may vary. Liability is limited to the order amount.

Products remain the property of JAEGER SAS until full payment. Risk transfers upon handover to the carrier.

Professional customers: custom quotes for J-1100-P, payment by bank transfer at 30 days, no consumer withdrawal right, 1-year commercial warranty.
