Which LIMPEO model should I choose?
The one matching the diameter of your main water pipe: Ø25 mm for a house or flat (€449 incl. VAT), Ø32 mm for a small building, restaurant or hotel, Ø63 mm above 20 dwellings, Ø110 mm on quotation for industry. The dual-coil P versions are built for recirculating loops. Same technology and same housing across the range: zero maintenance, repairable for 10 years.

Which LIMPEO should you choose?
Three criteria are enough: the diameter of the main pipe after the meter, the flow to treat and the type of circuit. Housing and technology are identical from one model to the next; only the electronic board and the length of the inductor cables change.
1. Your pipe diameter
Measure the pipe right after the water meter, or read its marking: 25, 32 or 63 mm for PEX, PVC and multilayer; 3/4″, 1″ or 2″ for copper and steel. LIMPEO is chosen on the real diameter, not on the number of taps: a model that is too small handles peak flows poorly, a model that is too large adds nothing.
2. Flow rate and number of dwellings
A house or flat rarely exceeds 20 L/min at peak: the J-250 is enough. From 5 to 20 dwellings, a restaurant or a small hotel call for the J-320 (34 L/min). Above 20 dwellings, a hospital or a hotel complex move up to the J-630 (132 L/min). Industry, data centres and cooling towers are sized on quotation with the J-1100-P.
3. Open or recirculating circuit?
A hot-water loop with recirculation, a swimming pool or a cooling circuit send the same water past the device again and again: choose the dual-coil P version (J-320-P, J-630-P, J-1100-P), designed to keep treating water in continuous circulation.
LIMPEO is useful from 15 °f (150 ppm) of hardness and essential above 25 °f. Check your town on our water hardness map.
