What are LIMPEO delivery times?

Orders placed before 2pm are shipped the same day. Delivery is by tracked parcel within 2 to 4 business days for metropolitan France. Shipping costs are included in the displayed price. For overseas territories and international orders, additional charges apply and are shown before checkout.

What warranty does the LIMPEO come with?

The LIMPEO comes with a 10-year warranty from MAGIIC SAS, a French manufacturer based in Eure-et-Loir. Additionally, the robustness of our technology allows us to offer a 10-year manufacturer guarantee. In case of any issue, our customer service team will assist you promptly.

Do the displayed prices include VAT?

Accepted Answer

By default, prices are displayed including all taxes (TTC) with VAT at 20%. Professional customers can switch to 'Pro' mode via the selector at the top of the page to view prices excluding VAT (HT). A compliant invoice is systematically sent by email after each order.

Which LIMPEO model should I choose for my home?

Accepted Answer

The choice depends on the diameter of your main water supply pipe. For a single-family home (Ø 25 mm pipe), the J-250 at €449 is perfectly suitable. For a small apartment building or large home (Ø 32 mm), choose the J-320 at €890. For larger buildings or high flow rates (Ø 63 mm), the J-630 at €1,890 is recommended. The J-1100-P is reserved for industrial installations (Ø 100 mm+) and requires a custom quote.

Is the payment secure?

Yes. Payments are processed by Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified platform. MAGIIC SAS does not store any bank details. You can pay by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Apple Pay, or Google Pay. For professional customers, bank transfer with 30-day payment terms is available on request.
